1、How can I know if the lenses will fit my glasses?

​Find the SKU# of your glasses, normally it is on the arm of your frame or your original glasses box, like 12-345, or OO9001-23, then go to o-review.com, or oakley.com, or google it, find the name of your glasses. If the name matches the name in the item title, it will fit. Some glasses have multiple derivatives, the lenses will NOT fit each other.

3、Which glasses do the Crosshair lenses fit?

Original Crosshair, NOT Crosshair S, NOT Crosshair Small, NOT Crosshair 2.0, NOT the New Crosshair released in 2012.

4、Which glasses do the Crosshair 2.0 lenses fit?

​Crosshair 2.0, NOT Crosshair S, NOT Crosshair Small, NOT Original Crosshair, NOT the New Crosshair released in 2012.

5、Which glasses do the Whisker lenses fit?

Original Whisker, NOT Square Whisker, NOT Whisker 6B.

6、Which glasses do the Square Whisker lenses fit?

Square Whisker only, NOT Whisker, NOT Whisker 6B.

7、Which glasses do the Straight Jacket lenses fit?

New Straight Jacket after 2007.

8、What does Gascan(Asian Fit) mean?

Gascan(Asian Fit) is an Oakley glasses model, it is different from regular Gascan nor Gascan S. The lenses are NOT exchangable.

9、I have Half Jacket/Half Jacket XLJ/Flak Jacket/Flak Jacket XLJ/Fast Jacket/Fast Jacket XL/Half Jacket 2.0/Half Jacket 2.0 XL/Flak 2.0 XL sunglasses, the lenses I purchased don’t fit, why?

It is very likely you have a pair of similar sunglasses but it is not the sunglasses in your mind. Oakley has Half Jacket, Half Jacket XLJ, Flak Jacket, Flak Jacket XLJ, Fast Jacket, Fast Jacket XL, Half Jacket 2.0, Half Jacket 2.0 XL and Flak 2.0 XL glasses, they look similar but the lenses are not same, please try to find your glasses SKU# on the arm, they are very small letters, and it looks like 12-345 or OO9001-01; then go to o-review.com, or oakley.com, or google it for its name, make sure you purchased the correct lenses.

10My emerald lenses look not green but blue or purple, why is that?

The color of our emerald lenses keep changing from different viewpoints and different light conditions. The color is green if you look at it from front. That is how we took the picture. The color will be different if being looked from side.

11、The lenses are foggy/blurry, what should I do?

There should a protective film on the inner side. Please remove the protective film, NOT the sticker. Use your nail scratch a little bit from the edge, and pull.

12、How should I clean the lenses?

Please clean the lenses with clear water or Walleva supplied cloth/cleaning liquid. Please avoid salt water/ocean water, soap water/detergent and pool water since those types of liquid contain chemicals which can damage the coating surface.

13、The lenses are coating off/peeling off, what should I do?

The coating on TAC based polarized lenses cannot resist some liquids such as sea water, pool water and soap water/detergent. Please use tap water or our clean kit to clean the lenses. If you already damaged the surface before see this message, please send us the photo and we will send you the replacement if it is still under the warranty. We also have PC based polarized lenses with Multiple-Resistance (with Mr. Shield logo) to various liquids.

 

SHIPPING:

1、What is your shipping policy?

Domestic Shipping: Please allow about 3-5 business days for delivery. For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 10-15 days for delivery. For delivery to PO Boxes in Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses, allow three weeks for delivery.

International Shipping: Please allow about 2-6 weeks for delivery. For delivery to Brazil, please allow 2 months for delivery. 

2、Do you offer combined international shipping?

Yes. It will cost $8.99 for the first item, $4 for each additional item.

3、Where can I find the tracking number?

We ship by USPS first class or USPS first class international. No tracking number for international shipping, there is only a custom number. You should have received it in your email when the item was shipped. You can use the custom number to obtain some information in USPS website. It could take 6 weeks to be delivered.

4、I have not received my item, what should I do

5、The tracking information showed the package was delivered but I did not receive it, what should I do?

1. Check the shipping address in the shipping email, make sure it is correct.
2. If the address is correct, check with people in that address, some other people might have picked you package.
3. If nobody got your package, contact your local post person and check where he left the package.
4. Contact us if you cannot find it by #1, #2 and #3. 

6、How long will it take to get my item?

3-7 business days for domestic shipping, 6 weeks for international shipping.

RETURN:

1、What is your return policy?

You may return new, unworn or unused products within sixty (60) days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods, or an exchange if preferred.

You can return the item within 60 days after you receive it. If you ordered on eBay, please open a return item case on eBay; and follow eBay return procedure to return it for full refund. If you ordered on Amazon, please follow Amazon’s return procedure. If you ordered from walleva.com, please download the form below, and follow the instructions in the form to return it:

The item must be in its original packing condition. The return package must have all the accessories. Please also include a copy of the packing slip or invoice in the returned package, we need it to identify your order.

2、I have put wrong shipping address, what should I do?

Please inform us as soon as possible since we ship in one business day. If you change your shipping address, the shipping might be delayed in order to avoid fraud. If it is already too late for shipping address change, please try to contact people in that address for the package if you can.

2、The lenses don't fit my glasses, what should I do?

There are many reasons for unfit. Please tell me the following information:

1. please let me know the mark on the box (or the barcode)

2. please let me know the SKU# of your glasses, normally it should be on the arm or your original glases box

3. please let me know how the lenses fit, is it almost fit, or it is very different from your glasses?

3、Walleva lenses are almost fit for our original lenses but a little bit bigger, what should I do?

Our replacement lenses is a little thinner than the original, we design them a little bigger to avoid moving. You can bend the lenses with a bit force to get them into the frame.

 

COLOR:

1、Is it any suggestion of using Walleva lenses?

Here come some advises regarding the cleaning processes for your valuable sunglasses :

1. Please following our installation guidance of your sunglasses to disassemble the lenses from the frame.

2.Cleaning/washing our lenses and your frame separately.

3.Most important step is to totally clean/dry up the lenses and the frame (especially the rim of the frame will be attached on with lenses) by the lenses cleaning cloths.

4.Install the lenses back into the frame.

5.Base on our test experience, the water stains remain in the rim is the key factor to damage the color coated layers/the polarized layers of the lenses. 

6.Sea water/salt water/soap water/detergent will damage the coating, please try to avoid them from the lenses.

Hope those advises will help and we are sure you will enjoy using your new lenses.

2、Install Rubber:

Please use soap water to wet the arms before you install the rubber.

 

WARRANTY:

1、Do Walleva have warranty?

Walleva lenses come with one year warranty

2、There is a scratches on the lenses, what should I do?

Most scratches/dots are not real, it can be cleaned with the provided cloth. Please try to clean it, with some force. If it is still there after cleaning, please feel free to contact our customer service.

3、The transition lenses don't work, what should I do?

1. please test the lenses under the strong and direct sunlight instead of cloudy days

2. use a white paper as background, put the lenses on the white paper

3. cover half of the lenses with the provided lenses watch lostporno cleaning cloth for one minute

4. remove the cloth, and check the color difference immediately; the color will come back quickly, do not wait.

 

 

Care and Use

1. How to read your prescription?

Sphere / SPH / S / DS = Indicates the strength of your prescription
Cylinder / CYL / C / DC = Indicates the astigmatism
Axis / AXI / AX / A / X = Astigmatism’s degree
PD = Pupillary Distance

 

2. What is PD?

The pupillary distance (PD) is the distance between the pupil center when the eyes are facing the front and the line of sight is parallel. It is an important information in order to know where to put the optical center on each lens, so you’ll have the best vision. 

You may get Binocular PD or Monocular PD, plus both Monocular PD is your Binocular, Allowable error is 1mm-2mm.

 

3. How to measure your PD?

If there is no PD on your prescription form, please ask your prescribing eye doctor or optician. If you choose to measure by yourself, please use a mirror or let your friend or family members measure for you, which is what we recommend.

Your eyes need to look straight ahead and keep the eyes parallel to your friend or family members, and obtain the data under the following condition:

97% PD range is between 54mm-74mm, female range may be 52mm-65mm, male range may be 58mm-71mm.

 

4. Do we offer Bifocal and Progressive lenses?

We only offer single vision lenses. If there's nothing in the "ADD" section of your prescription, then you have single vision.

 

5. What kind of vision type do we offer?

We only offer near vision lenses(myopia). The maximal value of the sum of SPH+CYL should not be more than -6.00. Eg., if your SPH is -4.00, the maximal value of your CYL should not be more than -2.00. 

We don’t offer hyperopia lenses at this time, if the sign in your SPH section is “+”, then you have distance vision(hyperopia).
We don’t offer prism correction lenses as well.

 

6. Can you use your contact lens prescription?

Sorry that the contact lens prescription cannot be used for the lenses for glasses.

 

7. How long is your prescription valid? 

It will be better if your prescription was obtained within 1-2 years.

9. Why we require our customer to fill the Eyeglass Prescription form and upload the Prescription document as well?

We want to double check the lenses prescription, and make sure it is 100% correct.

 

10. Why we need to know your Sunglasses SKU?

To double check your frame, and make sure the lenses will be cut correctly.

 

11. How long will it take to receive your order?

It will take us Two weeks to deliver the lenses to you once we receive the order.

We ship via UPS, which is trackable with a tracking number.

 

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

It takes 3-5 business days for UPS to deliver the lenses to you once we finish making your prescription lenses.
The processing time depends on your order’s completeness (your prescription and PD), the complexity of your prescription, and the shape of your frame. Once we verify all your prescription details, you should receive your complete order within 2 weeks.

Warranty & Returns

Since prescription lenses are highly customized, we don't accept return for prescription lenses; we do provide a second pair if there are issues. If there are any issues with your prescription lenses,Please contact our customer service and provide pictures about the problems within sixty (60) days of delivery for full refund or a new pair.
