Pack your item securely
Place the printed slip and the item(s) you're returning in a sturdy box or padded envelope. Include the original bag, box, and cleaning cloth if you still have them.
Mail to our return address
Ship using any carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) β we recommend a trackable service. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was defective or sent in error.
