  1. Click the account icon at the top of any page.
  2. Enter the same email you've always used with Walleva.
  3. Check your inbox — we'll send you a one-time sign-in link.
  4. Click the link, and you're in. Your order history will be waiting.

Why is sign-in different now?

We upgraded to a more secure platform, and passwords couldn't be carried over. The new flow is actually simpler — you just enter your email and click a one-time link. Less to remember.

I can't find my old orders.

Your full order history is linked to your email. After signing in, head to Account → Orders. If you don't see them, double-check the email is the same one you used to place the orders, and write to cs@walleva.com if anything's missing.

I never had an account — I just checked out as guest. Can I look up my order?

Yes — use the order lookup link in your order confirmation email, or write to cs@walleva.com with your email and order number and we'll show you the status and tracking.

Do I have to set up a new account?

No. If you've shopped with us before, just enter your usual email at sign-in — your account is already there waiting for you.

Are my saved addresses still there?

Yes. Your default billing and shipping addresses came across with your account.

My order confirmation email said "INV-2018-…", I can't find it on the new site.

Old order numbers (INV-…) are preserved in your order history. After signing in, open Account → Orders and scroll back — everything is there.
