Return Policy
You may return new, unworn, and unused products within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, or an exchange if you prefer.
How to Request a Return
Shopify self-serve returns are available directly from your account — no need to contact us first:
- Log into your account and open the order you'd like to return.
- Click Request return, select the item(s), and submit.
- We'll review and approve within 1–2 business days, then email you return instructions.
- Print the return approval email and include it in your package — without it, we won't be able to identify your return when it arrives.

How to Request an Exchange
We welcome exchanges — especially for lens model or color mismatches. Use our exchange form for the fastest response:
After submitting, print the form confirmation and include it in your return package so we know what you'd like in exchange. No restocking fee.
Tip: The most common exchange reason is a frame model mismatch — lenses that look right but don't fit the exact frame variant. Check the Fit Guide tab on the product page before reordering to confirm the correct model.
Return Shipping
If you are returning or exchanging an item due to an incorrect purchase (wrong frame model, wrong color, or a change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, email cs@walleva.com within 60 days of delivery. We will make it right at no cost to you — depending on the situation, we may issue a full refund without requiring a return, or provide a prepaid return label for an exchange or refund.
